Licensing

IUAdmin™ uses administrator-defined parameters to periodically scan the tree to build an internal index of users that will be managed. IUAdmin™ is licensed based on the number of entries in this user index. The index can contain all the users in the entire tree or just users in one or more organizational units (OUs) within the tree.

IUAdmin™ is licensed in the following maximum user stratifications:
· 1,000
· 2,000
· 4,000
· 8,000
· 16,000
· 32,000
· Unlimited

For example, if a recursive listing of user objects in the designated containers yields 6,742 users, you will need a license with a maximum user count of 8000. If you anticipate short-term growth beyond 8000 users, you should license at a higher value.

Additional licenses can be added at any time by selecting the desired stratification to be added.

You may later convert an existing user license to the "Unlimited" license. For assistance with "Unlimited" license conversion pricing, please contact us.

IUAdmin Yearly Upgrade Protection and Maintenance

A maintenance agreement provides the customer with no-charge upgrades for IUAdmin, regardless of the number of upgrades released within the yearly contract period.

Annual Maintenance begins on the date of purchase of a new copy of IUAdmin with the "Yearly Upgrade Protection and Maintenance Option" and is renewed on a yearly basis by paying the maintenance fee.

The customer will receive a notification via email 60 days prior to the expiration of each upgrade protection period.
